About ILT Group
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our Intimissimi boutiques in Canada.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the first phase of our market development. As a leader in a boutique-style environment, you won't just be managing a store; you will be the ultimate brand ambassador.
You are a Sales Leader first. We are looking for a manager who leads from the front, mastering our proactive sales path and ensuring every team member executes our corporate standards with precision
You will work in close collaboration with the senior leadership of ILT Group, playing a pivotal role in tailoring the Italian lingerie experience for the Canadian consumer.
Sales Leadership: Drive profitability by achieving and exceeding KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ATV, and productivity). Lead by example on the sales floor with expert bra-fitting and personalized styling.
Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of the store environment, including visual merchandising, stockroom management, and daily operational maintenance to ensure an impeccable premium experience.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a positive, energetic, and performance-driven culture.
Strategic Input: Monitor and optimize store performance through detailed reporting. Your local insights will directly influence our operational strategies as we scale.
Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the face of Intimissimi in the local market, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our premium Italian standards.
3–5+ years of experience as a Store Manager (or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up).
Active Sales Management: Spend the majority of your time on the sales floor, coaching the team in real-time to follow the brand’s structured sales journey and maximizing every customer opportunity.
Sales Training: Take full ownership of teaching and enforcing our active selling techniques, ensuring the team moves beyond passive service to results-driven engagement.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and implement local action plans.
A "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset: you are as comfortable with high-level strategy as you are with hands-on store tasks (visuals, inventory, etc.).
Exceptional communication skills, a coaching-oriented leadership style and a passion for providing a world-class customer experience.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, and holidays.
