Returns and Exchanges

Changed your mind or wrong size? Bring it back to any Intimissimi store in Canada with your receipt within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund it, HST included, to your original method of payment. No receipt, no return.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

Gifts: with a gift receipt, you can exchange the item or get store credit.

Sale items: we refund the price you actually paid.

Faulty items: if something is damaged or defective, we'll repair, replace or refund it. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Calzedonia

Returns and Exchanges

Changed your mind or wrong size? Bring it back to any Calzedonia store in Canada with your receipt within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund it, HST included, to your original method of payment. No receipt, no return.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

Tights, stockings and socks: we can only take these back if the package is still sealed. Multipacks must be returned complete and sealed.

Swimwear: we can only take it back if it's unworn and dry, with the tags still attached.

Gifts: with a gift receipt, you can exchange the item or get store credit.

Sale items: we refund the price you actually paid.
