Operational Excellence: Lead all store operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and flawless execution.
Sales Leadership: Drive performance through KPIs such as UPT, ATV, conversion, and productivity. Promote multi-item selling and cross-selling strategies.
Active Sales Management: Spend the majority of your time on the sales floor, coaching the team in real-time to follow the brand’s structured sales journey and maximizing every customer opportunity.
Sales Training: Take full ownership of teaching and enforcing our active selling techniques, ensuring the team moves beyond passive service to results-driven engagement.
Customer Experience: Deliver a fast, engaging, and service-oriented environment tailored to the Canadian consumer.
Team Development: Motivate, train, and develop a high-energy retail team. Build a positive, dynamic, and results-driven store culture.
Traffic & Stock Management: Manage high customer traffic and peak periods (weekends, holidays, summer season). Ensure excellent product availability through effective stock and replenishment management.
Visual Merchandising: Execute displays in line with brand guidelines to drive impulse purchases.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly results and take proactive action to maximize profitability.

You are a Sales Leader first. We are looking for a manager who leads from the front, mastering our proactive sales path and ensuring every team member executes our corporate standards with precision
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, with a strong focus on sales performance and operational excellence. You will play a key role in launching and developing the brand locally, managing both the commercial performance and the day-to-day operations of the store in direct collaboration with ILT Group’s senior leadership.
Strong background in fast-paced environments (fashion, footwear, accessories, etc.).
Proven ability to drive high sales volumes and exceed targets.
A hands-on leadership style with a "get-it-done" attitude.
Ability to manage pressure, high traffic, and seasonal transitions with ease.
High energy, proactivity, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills, a coaching-oriented leadership style.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and implement local action plans.
