In this role, you aren’t just a cashier; you are a consultant and a brand ambassador. You will be trained to master our world-class corporate sales journey, ensuring that every customer receives a high-end, personalized experience through expert advice and technical bra-fitting. We are looking for individuals who are ready to learn, perform, and consistently follow our professional brand standards.

  • Active Sales Engagement: Proactively approach customers and guide them through our structured sales process, moving beyond passive service to results-driven interaction.

  • Consultative Service: Master the "Art of the Sale" by providing expert advice on fitting, fabrics, and building a complete look.

  • Standard-Driven Performance: Follow our proven corporate sales path to ensure every customer receives the signature Intimissimi experience.

  • Visual & Operational Excellence: Maintain a flawless boutique environment, executing visual merchandising and restocking according to brand guidelines.

  • KPI Ownership: Consistently work towards achieving individual and store targets through active engagement and cross-selling.

  • A passion for active, hands-on selling and a "can-do" attitude.

  • Willingness to learn and strictly execute our professional sales methodology and standards.

  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, empathetic personality.

  • Reliability and flexibility to work a retail schedule (weekends, evenings, holidays).
