• Executive & Operational Support: Manage the CEO’s priorities and high-level communications, acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring seamless daily operations.

• Startup "Fixer": Act as the primary point of contact for solving operational bottlenecks. When a problem arises - logistical, administrative, or technical - you dive in and find a solution.

• On-the-Field Assistance: Accompany the CEO to site visits, business meetings, and inspections. You will handle the logistics "on-the-go," ensuring the CEO can focus entirely on high-level strategy.

• Liaison & Coordination: Interface with vendors, contractors, landlords, and local authorities to speed up the launch process and ensure all operational requirements are met.

• Project & Office Heavy Lifting: Assist in the daily tasks of a new business, from preparing board presentations to coordinating the physical setup of our office and stores.

• Business Errands & Logistics: Manage unpredictable daily needs, including running essential business errands and providing mobility support for the CEO when required.

This is a unique role. You will be the CEO’s primary liaison and strategic right hand, balancing office-based management with real-world operational execution. We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial individual who isn't afraid to wear many hats, someone who can handle complex scheduling one hour and solve a logistical crisis on-site the next. This is a role for a future leader who wants to learn how to build a business from the ground up.

• Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English is mandatory. Professional proficiency in French is considered a significant asset for coordinating operations on a national scale.
