About ILT Group
Are you a retail professional with a passion for premium service and hands-on leadership? ILT Group is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to lead the daily operations of our Intimissimi boutique.
As the Store Manager’s right hand, you will be a key driver of the store’s success. As a high-energy leader, you will be the pace-setter for active selling on the floor, transforming our corporate sales standards into consistent results."
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth project where you will have direct exposure to senior leadership and play an active role in building the brand’s presence in Canada.
Sales Excellence: Drive sales by leading by example on the floor, delivering expert bra-fitting and a personalized boutique experience.
Team Supervision: Support the Store Manager in coaching, motivating, and developing the Sales Associate team.
Leading by Example: Be the top performer on the floor, demonstrating mastery of our active selling path (from approach to cross-selling) for the team to follow.
Floor Supervision: Actively manage the customer journey, stepping in to coach associates during sales interactions to ensure brand standards are always met.
Operational Ownership: Manage daily procedures (opening/closing, cash management) and ensure the stockroom is organized for maximum efficiency.
Visual Standards: Maintain an impeccable store environment, executing visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ATV) and implement quick actions to maximize results.
2+ years of retail experience (with at least 1 year in a supervisory role).
Background in premium fashion or apparel is a strong asset.
A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude — comfortable with both customer service and operational tasks.
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
