  • Floor Leadership: Lead the team during peak hours, managing high customer traffic with efficiency and a positive attitude.

  • Leading by Example: Be the top performer on the floor, demonstrating mastery of our active selling path (from approach to cross-selling) for the team to follow.

  • Floor Supervision: Actively manage the customer journey, stepping in to coach associates during sales interactions to ensure brand standards are always met.

  • Stock & Replenishment: Support the Store Manager in managing high-turnover inventory to ensure constant product availability.

  • Team Coaching: Act as a daily mentor for Sales Associates, keeping the team engaged and focused on sales targets.

  • Operational Execution: Ensure visual merchandising and store organization are always at their best.

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment (fashion, accessories, or footwear).

  • Proven ability to manage high traffic and work under pressure.
